All new items carry the manufacturer’s standard guarantee. If a problem develops with any of these items, you should return it to us. We will in turn mail it to the manufacturer.
NOS (New Old Stock) items carry a 14-day warranty.
USED items carry a 7-day warranty.
If you have received incorrect (referenced against your order receipt) or damaged goods, we will give a full refund. In the case of a refund for damaged goods, we reserve the right to an independent opinion on whether the goods qualify for a refund.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
